Help us test Cozy Storytime
We’re selecting up to 20 adults to test Cozy Storytime—a private place where loved ones can record and share family stories in their own voices.
The beta lasts approximately one week and should take about 30–60 minutes. Selected testers will invite a loved one, record and play a family story, try a Cozy Original and a Sleep Sound, and complete a short survey. No live screen share is required.
Each qualifying selected primary tester will receive a $25 Amazon gift card as a thank-you.
Beta participation terms
Applying does not guarantee selection.
Selected testers must make a meaningful attempt at the beta activities and submit the final survey.
Each qualifying selected primary tester will receive one $25 Amazon gift card after completion. Invited relatives are not separately compensated unless independently selected.
Positive feedback is not required. If a product problem prevents completion, reporting that blocker in the survey will still qualify as a meaningful attempt.
The optional 20-minute follow-up call is not required for selection, completion, or the gift card.

Here’s what to know before applying to help test Cozy Storytime.
What is the Cozy Storytime beta?
Cozy Storytime helps families record and share stories in the voices children love. During this small beta, selected families will try the experience and tell us what feels clear, helpful, confusing, or difficult.
Who can apply?
Adults who have access to an iPhone, iPad, or supported Android device may apply. We’re looking for a mix of parents, family organizers, story recorders, and remote family members with different levels of comfort using technology.
Does applying guarantee a place in the beta?
No. We plan to select up to 20 primary testers for this first beta. Applying lets us consider you, but it does not guarantee selection. Selected applicants will receive a separate confirmation email with access details and instructions.
What will selected testers be asked to do?
We’ll ask selected testers to make a meaningful attempt to:
- Sign in to Cozy Storytime
- Create or join a Family Circle
- Record, save, find, and play a short family story
- Try a Cozy Storytime Original and a Sleep Sound
- Return on another day if possible
- Complete the final feedback survey
How does the $25 Amazon gift card work?
Each qualifying primary tester will receive one $25 Amazon gift card after participation is reviewed. To qualify, a selected tester must make a meaningful attempt and submit the final survey. Positive feedback is not required, and honest criticism is welcome. Applying alone does not qualify someone for a gift card.
What if a technical problem prevents me from finishing?
A genuine product blocker will not disqualify a selected tester. If something prevents you from continuing, stop repeating the failed action, note the device and step involved, and submit the final survey anyway. Tell us what happened without including private family information.
Is a call or screen-sharing session required?
No. Live screen sharing is not required. You may be invited to an optional 20-minute follow-up conversation, but participating in that conversation is not required and does not determine gift-card eligibility.
What should I know about family privacy?
Please use a short, ordinary test story and avoid sensitive family information. Do not include children’s names, recordings, story text, transcripts, recipient email addresses, invitation codes, or other private details in your application, support messages, or survey responses.
