Quick Answers for Busy Parents.
We know your time is precious. Here you will find clear, straightforward answers about CozyPhones: how they fit, how they work, and what to expect when you order.
Will my kid actually keep these on?
Yes. Parents say these are the first they don’t fight over, kids love wearing them because they’re so soft.
How do Kids Mode + Normal Mode work?
CozyPhones 4.0 ship in Kids Mode, volume limited by default and recommended for hearing protection. Taking off or on a noisy road trip? Switch to Normal Mode for normal volume in noisy places. The switch is on the control module inside the headband, so change it with the headset off. Our Setup & instructions page shows where it is.
Can two kids listen to one tablet?
Yes, with Share Mode. It links two CozyPhones 4.0 headsets to the same phone or tablet so siblings can watch one show together, with no splitter or adapters. Share Mode needs two CozyPhones 4.0 headsets, each sold separately, and doesn’t work with CozyPhones 3.0. See Setup & instructions for the steps.
Is it loud enough for a plane?
Yes. Kids Mode is volume limited by default, and you can switch to Normal Mode when the plane or car gets loud.
Do they fit small + bigger kids?
Made for kids 3 and up. The stretchy headband fits a range of head sizes, and you can adjust the speakers for a comfy fit.
Can I wash them?
Yes. Remove the electronics first, then machine-wash the headband on a gentle cycle and lay it flat to air dry.
Will it be too warm or itchy?
Lightweight fleece headband approved by sensory-sensitive parents, with no hard plastic on ears or skin.
Are they wireless or wired?
Both. Up to 16 hours of Bluetooth play per charge, and when the battery runs low, plug the included cable into any 3.5 mm jack and keep listening. The cable has play and volume controls and a microphone.
What is Cozy Storytime?
Cozy Storytime is free with purchase. Record stories in your own voice, invite family to record, and play Cozy Originals and Sleep Sounds. It opens in your phone’s browser, no app download. Activation card inside.
Why are CozyPhones 2x the price of Amazon or Walmart headphones?
Cheaper Amazon or Walmart headphones often hurt, fall off, or break fast. CozyPhones are ultra soft, stay on, and last much longer.
Parents say one pair that actually gets used beats replacing multiple cheap pairs.
How easy are returns?
Simple USA returns, no confusion. You have 30 days from delivery, and we’ve improved the process based on parent feedback.

I was looking for a set of headphones to listen to music as I fall asleep. I sleep on my side and I find these headphones are perfect. I hardly notice them at all and the sound quality is great. They are great value for the price and would make a great gift too
Good sound quality. Even at very quiet and very loud volumes. Very comfortable. And they last longer than any other headphones I’ve owned
These were perfect for my 3 year old. We took our daughter on her first plane ride and the cozy phones were great. I let her pick them out and presented them to her on the plane. She was able to play games on my iPad and watch a movie with ease. Never disturbed anyone else and comfortable enough for her to keep them on. I will be recommending them to all my friends with children. Very, very happy with them
I was very impressed with the cozy case. I got this as a gift for my nephews and they loved it. It's well designed, has enough compartments to put all accessories and can go with them on their road trips.
Omg i absolutely love them..quite a bad sleeper & find it hard to have normal ear phones in my ears..but these are so soft & allows me listen to my meditation while trying to sleep..its a big thumbs up from me here in Ireland...:+1::+1:
These were great for my Son as he keeps breaking or losing other earphones. He loves them so much that I have a request from my other son for a pair!
I love my Cozyphones. I literally cannot sleep without them. Great customer service too. Had a delay with shipping (not Cozyphones fault) and they followed up with shipping provider and keep me informed along the way which was appreciate. Will definitely be shopping again with Cozyphones
